We can not tolerate anymore harassment against girls in the workspace.

The harassment that our girls have been facing in their workplace reflects an unfortunate reality for many of the girls we work with in India.

 Unfortunately this is not a unique situation for the many young women and girls NGO's are working with. 

Discussions about the issue have been challenging, but the girls from Shine Academy have shown exemplary strength and courage in speaking up against it.

 And they refuse to leave the job they worked hard to get until they get justice!.

We are calling on the world community to join us in the fight to end harassment. 

Every step toward gender equality is a step towards a safer, more inclusive and just workplace for women and men. 

We must work together towards equal rights in the workplace for all, for a more peaceful and prosperous world.

This online training course provides awareness of harassment in the workplace. 

Under California law all businesses with employees are required to display a poster that describes California's law against discrimination and what to do if this law has been violated.
